Warming Spices for Winter

When the fall and winter chill sets in there isn’t much that’s more pleasant than the aroma of warm spices in the kitchen. In this demonstration Annie will show you how to incorporate seasonal flavors into your cooking and baking through spice mixtures. Samples may include Lamb Kibbeh with Mint Yogurt Sauce, Curried “French” Toast, Asian-Inspired Chicken Stock, and Apple Crisp with Chinese Five-Spice and Vanilla Ice Cream.
