In this hands-on cooking class Annie will help you to think outside the box when using all the preserves you created and canned over the summer. Go beyond spreading your jam on toast and dipping chips in your salsa and learn how to get the most from your home-canned goodies. Bring a knife and apron if you wish. $40 Residents, $65 Non-residents.
