Anyone who’s taken Annie’s classes has heard her repeat how she doesn’t like to waste food. Through years of trial and error she has learned how to efficiently use leftovers to make delicious new dishes, keep the weekly menu planning on track, and save money as a result. Although she won’t be sharing her personal leftovers with you, she will show you how to make the most of your extra food so that nothing goes to waste. Learn to prepare Arancini (Fried Rice Balls), Veggie Burgers, Savory Bread Pudding, Curried Noodle Cakes, and Salmon Cauliflower Salad as well as other tips for low/no-waste in the kitchen.
