Preserving Tomatoes and Salsa

Annie will teach you how to preserve local tomatoes by canning them whole, as sauce or salsa, or drying and freezing. Canning materials, produce and handouts with instructions, recipes, and helpful tips are included. This is a hands-on course. Please bring a box to carry home still-hot preserves.
