Preserving Summer Fruits

Canning Fruits
In this hands-on class Annie will discuss safe food preservation techniques and guide you in hot water bath canning whole fruits, summer chutneys, and no-pectin fruit preserves. Recipes will be provided. Bring an apron, if desired, and a box in which to carry home preserves that may still be hot. Residents $40, Non-Resident $60.
