Preserving First Fruits: Jams and Jellies

Learn how to preserve the first fruit of the season to enjoy in the dark days of winter. This class will be a hands-on; participants will experience canning rhubarb into jams and preserves. Recipes will be included in the handouts. Feel free to bring an apron and a small box to carry home still-hot preserves. Please register by May 15. UEC Members $35, Non-members $40.
