Fall Farmers’ Markets conjure images of Winter Squash, Multi-colored Carrots, Broccoli, and Brussels Sprouts, but what about the more mysterious, less-frequently enjoyed Kohlrabi, Rutabaga, Celeriac, Fennel, and Sunchokes? In this demonstration, Annie will show you how to select, prepare, and enjoy new and different autumn vegetables as both sides and main dishes. She will prepare Parmesan Kohlrabi; Celeriac and Sweet Potato Cakes; Fennel, Potato and Apple Gratin; Roasted Sunchokes with Maple-Walnut Butter, and Honey-Glazed Rutabaga.
