Eat Your Leafy Greens

Spring has arrived and we will soon be picking young leafy greens from our gardens and selecting the freshest varieties at local markets. There are endless ways to prepare these nutrient-packed vegetables for every meal of the day and even dessert. In this class, Annie will discuss the flavors and textures of different leafy greens and prepare for you to taste Turnip Greens Quiche, Shredded Raw Brussels Sprouts Slaw with Creamy Lemon Vinaigrette, Greens in a Cashew Curry Sauce, Homemade Green Smoothie Powder, and Spinach Chocolate Chip Muffins.
