Mardi Gras has become a nationally celebrated event, but for those who observe Lent this day is viewed as one last chance to indulge before making Lenten sacrifices. In this demonstration, Annie will prepare some New Orleans favorites like Muffaletta, Crab Cakes with Remoulade, Oven-Baked Beignets (a “healthier” indulgence!?!), Praline-Drenched Apple Bread, and Classic Pecan Squares.
