Introduction to Food Preservation

In this lecture and demonstration, Annie, a Certified Wisconsin Master Food Preserver and professional food preservation specialist, will explain the benefits and challenges of various food preservation techniques with an emphasis on hot-water-bath canning. There is no hands-on participation in this class, however it is the basis for all of Annie’s other canning classes this season. Handouts with recipes and helpful tips are included.
