Holiday Food Gifts in a Jar

“Mason Jars” have gained popularity in the last few years through the rebirth of home food preservation as well as the industry to make alternative lids that turn the jars into everything from shakers to soap dispensers. Just in time for holiday gift-giving, this 1-hour demonstration has Annie sharing ideas and techniques on how to use jars of all shapes and sizes to create edible food gifts like savory granola, dessert sauces, herbal vinegars, brownies and other traditional preserved goods. Handouts and light snacks and coffee/tea are included in the price of the class.
