Healthy Kids: Snacks for the Lunchbox and Beyond. Start the New Year by eating more healthfully and giving your kids an opportunity to do the same. In this one-hour demonstration Annie will share her ideas and recipes for simple, homemade, nutrient dense, whole food snacks and lunchbox items for kids.
Sheri Lee of 8 Branches Chinese Medicine will discuss the importance of promoting better digestion in children to aid in better sleep and less “sick” time.
Samples and recipe packets will be provided. Minimum of 5 people to hold the class. Cost includes materials and snack.
