In this hands-on class Chef Annie Wegner LeFort, founder of The Mindful Palate, will guide you in making three varieties of pizza dough from scratch: a gluten-free grain crust, a gluten-free nut crust, and a cauliflower crust (gluten-free, nut-free, and grain-free). Chef Annie will also be providing some great tricks and tips for easy preparation and planning.
