In this demonstration class, Annie Wegner LeFort will teach participants how to not only navigate the nuances of baking without the structure that wheat flour provides, but she will also give tips on how to re-stock the pantry with gluten-free baking ingredients, how to convert a glutinous recipe to be gluten-free, and how to work with the more delicate dough produced without gluten. Annie will demonstrate how to make a gluten-free quick bread, gluten-free pie crust and filling, and gluten-free dessert bars using nut-flours, alternative grain flours, and more.
