Gluten-Free Baking with Nuts

In this demonstration Annie will show how to use a variety of nut flours and meals for successful gluten-free baking. She will prepare select samples from a variety of recipes: Cranberry Almond Brownies, Double Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake, Cashew Butter Cookies, Gâteau Lawrence, Speckled Beet Cake, and Seed and Nut Bread. Recipes are included in the handouts.
