Fruit and Vegetable Canning 101

In this introductory class Annie will discuss and demonstrate the basic techniques of hot water bath canning both fruits and vegetables. This is a good primer for upcoming preserving classes but not a prerequisite. There will be no hands-on participation in this course. Handouts are included.
