Food Preservation: Jams and Jellies

Learn how to preserve the first fruits of the season to enjoy in the dark days of winter. We will discuss safe techniques for using a hot-water bath canner followed by a hands-on session to practice making a berry jam as well as grape jelly. Students will take home the finished products. $40 Residents/$60 Non-Residents.
