In this program, part of the “Urban and Apartment Homesteading Series” Annie will discuss the benefits and challenges of various food preservation techniques with emphasis on hot-water-bath canning, drying, and freezing. The discussion will include tips for planning ahead and canning safely.

This event series is free and open to the public.  There is no registration required.
