Food Preservation 101

In this program, part of the “Urban and Apartment Homesteading Series” Annie will discuss the benefits and challenges of various food preservation techniques with emphasis on hot-water-bath canning, drying, and freezing. The discussion will include tips for planning ahead and canning safely.
