Early Spring Preserves

For those who like to get a jump on preserving or who just have spring fever, this hands-on canning class with Annie will help you think ahead to what you’ll preserve first this spring. There are a variety of wild foods and early garden vegetables that can be used to make simple preserves and pestos. Hopefully we won’t have to dig through the snow to find them. $40 Residents, $65 non-residents.
