Cooking Early Spring Greens

In this one-hour class Sheri Lee of 8 Branches will discuss the benefits of greens in the diet in regards to Traditional Chinese Medicine and how they can nourish our bodies as we transition into spring. Annie Wegner LeFort will prepare a variety of early spring greens to taste and include recipes to help you take advantage of these greens as they appear at the market this season.
