National Gluten-Free Day is January 13. Whether you avoid gluten or you know someone who’s required to stay away from this “allergen,” why not learn more about how delicious and simple gluten-free foods can be to prepare? Annie will demonstrate Asian Noodles with Vegetables, Winter Quinoa Salad, Gluten-free crackers and pie crust, a versatile Gluten-free Cheese Sauce as well as provide recipes for gluten-free breakfast foods and basic formulas for converting non-yeasted baking recipes so that those avoiding gluten can enjoy them just the same. Recipes are included in the handout. Please register by January 5.
