Canning Tomatoes and Salsa

In this hands-on class Annie will guide you in preserving local tomatoes by canning them whole, as sauce or salsa, or drying and freezing. Canning materials, produce and handouts with instructions, recipes and helpful tips are included. Please bring a box to carry home still-hot preserves.
