Preserving Summer Fruits

In this hands-on class Annie will guide you in safely preserving summer fruits using a hot water bath canner. Depending on what’s available we will make fruits canned in a light syrup and jam. Feel free to bring an apron as well as a small box or bag in which to carry home your still-hot preserves. Residents $40, Non-residents $60.
