In this hands-on class, Annie will guide participants through the process of putting up fall fruits into chutneys, jams, and salsas. Through the hot water-bath canning method we will create multiple products for you to take home. Bring an apron if you like and a box in which to carry home any still-hot finished products. Learn a skill that will translate beyond this canning season. Handouts, safety tips, and recipes will be included. $40 Residents, $60 Non-residents.
