Basics of Food Drying

By popular demand we are offering a food drying class. Join Annie for this 1-hour demonstration on how to extend your local harvest through various techniques: air-drying, oven-drying, and dehydrator drying. Samples are included and you will take home 2 jars of dried mixes: Green Smoothie Bled and Soup and Stew Seasoning. Recipes are included in the handouts.
