In this hands-on pickling class, Annie will guide participants through the process of using Asian flavors—ginger, soy, sesame, and other spices—to safely hot water-bath can delicious pickles to enjoy by themselves, add zing to a stir-fry, or to accompany meat or fish. Bring an apron if you like and a box in which to carry home any still-hot finished product. Learn a skill that will translate into pickling beyond this canning season.
