In this one-hour class Sheri Lee of 8 Branches will discuss the benefits of developing a calm dinner routine with simple meals that are also easily digestible. She will address the cause and effect of food stagnation as it relates to restlessness and sleep quality. Annie Wegner LeFort will provide simple dinner ideas that are enjoyable for children and low-stress for busy parents. Samples and recipes will be included. Please register by Tuesday, April 5.
