In this hands-on class Annie will guide you in safely preserving summer fruits using a hot water bath canner. Depending on what's available we will make fruits canned in a light syrup and jam. Feel free to bring an apron as well as a small box or bag in which to carry home your still-hot preserves. Residents $40, Non-residents $60.

  In this demonstration Annie will show you how to create delicious, healthy, simple gluten-free dishes for each meal of the day (plus dessert!) She will also discuss how to adapt recipes to be gluten-free and how to make these recipes more versatile with the seasons: Sweet Potato Hash, Roasted Garlic Toasted Quinoa, Catalan Meatballs, and Pumpkin Fudge. Recipes will be included in the handouts.   Please register by October 25.
